The new collection is the result of the last few months of play. It features bright colours, playful characters and a restyling of loved, past designs. I hope these pieces will find a special place in your home and brighten up the every day.

Beag (rhymes with bug) is the Irish word for small — and a perfect fit for my little ceramic studio.
I started making pots in a cramped utility room with just a wheel, a handmade wedging table and a healthy fear of silicosis.
From the moment I first touched clay, I completely fell in love and knew there was no going back — especially turning it into functional pieces with a bit of personality (often grumpy).
Now I work out of my very own home studio, where I design, make, fire, and pack every piece by hand.
Studio Beag is all about playful, handmade ceramics that make the everyday feel a little more special.
